StampFans is a company that provides a fun snail mail newsletter service for writers & creatives. They allow fans to sign up for a creator’s subscription list, and then print and mail that snail mail to those fans on the creator’s behalf.

The postcard subscription is $6 a month through StampFans.

StampFans can currently only send postcards to the US, Canada, and the UK. Please only sign up if your address is in one of these countries.

StampFans will print out my illustration on a glossy 6″x9″ piece of cardstock (#111/300gsm weight)

Every month I’ll illustrate a new special piece of art for the subscription. The front of the postcard will feature the artwork. The back will have a little message about the artwork. It will also have a password and a QR code (and url) that links to a special password-protected page on my website.

Each postcard will come with a link and password to access a special page that includes a digital download freebie.

The freebies will vary in type, but will be related to that month’s postcard art in some way. Some will be printable, and others will be for digital use.

BONUS: All active subscribers have access to all past postcard freebies! Just click “Get Past Freebies” in the Subscriber menu when you’re visiting any secret page. Then use your latest password to access it.

StampFans handles the printing and mailing of the postcard on my behalf.

Your email address and mailing address info stays private with StampFans; they’ll only use it for the purpose of mailing your postcard and/or contacting you via email about your account. I’ll only have access to my subscriber’s names. You can read all of StampFans’s privacy terms here.

I’ll push a new art card design out to my StampFans around the 15th of every month. If your address is in the US, your postcard should arrive within about 1-2 weeks after I push out an art piece. If your address is in Canada or the UK, mail may take longer but should be to you within 4 weeks.

If the password for the linked secret page isn’t working, double check that you have no typos, and that you’re using the password that’s written on the most recently sent postcard.

If after my art push (around the 15th of each month) you haven’t received your postcard within 3 weeks to a US address or within 4 weeks to Canada or the UK , then please do the following:

• Double check that your address is up-to-date in your Stripe account here
• Contact StampFans to notify them of the missing mail and discuss the issue
• Notify me directly here via my contact form so I’m aware that you missed one
