Inspiration for This Painting:
I received an art box subscription that contained a few small tubes of gouache, a small circle watercolor pad, and a pen. It was my first time using gouache. I figured I’d choose something to paint that went well with the few colors I had. The Eurasian blue tit bird matched the palette I received perfectly, so I chose to paint it. This little guy got me started on a new series of small circular bird paintings.
